Just as it goes with the cookies themselves, I just could not help myself once I started to get going. The tagline:

‘Packed with Personality… They’re full of it.’

For this, I used the terms ‘packed’ and ‘full’ to tie the copy with the imagery of the Oreo’s best quality… the creme filling.
